Kalshi odds that long-time crypto supporter and former US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) member Paul Atkins will be the regulator’s next chair soared to 93% following reports that President-elect Donald Trump reached out to him. Atkins’ Kalshi odds surged 20% in the last 24 hours to a peak of 93%. His odds have since fallen to stand at 67% as of 1:40 a.m. EST.
